The Art of Innovation with Moutai: A Captivating Evening of Discovery 



On the enchanting evening of October 7th, 2024, we welcomed a select group of Moutai enthusiasts to "The Art of Innovation with Moutai," at the luxurious The Fontenay Hotel in Hamburg. This special event aimed to showcase Moutai products while inspiring guests to reimagine their culinary and cocktail portfolios. 

 

The highlight of the evening was a meticulously curated tasting journey. Guests delved into the art of blending this iconic spirit into imaginative cocktails, providing refreshing twists on classic drinks while enjoying the fun of bartending. Innovative cocktails demonstrated Moutai’s versatility, encouraging guests to push the boundaries of mixology. Participants also discovered how Moutai could enhance diverse dining experiences, pairing beautifully with both sweet and savoury dishes while amplifying umami flavours. A standout moment was the introduction of Moutai-infused creation, Moutai-infused Black Forest Cherry dessert. The dish perfectly illustration how this revered baijiu can add depth to the sweetness of traditional dessert flavours, as a memorable conclusion to an amazing dinner. Guests were delighted and surprised by the Moutai-infused dessert and embraced the concept enthusiastically!
