Chinese Baijiu is one of the top six spirits in the world and occupies an important place in the global spirits industry due to its unique brewing technology, aroma and taste. 

One of the most popular Baijiu types is the Jiang fragrance, best known for Kweichow Moutai. Renowned for its diversified appearances and consistently excellent quality, Moutai Prince requires a production cycle of at least three years and is brewed using the same traditional methods as the original Moutai Flying Fairy. Moutai Prince is characterized by its fresh and sweet aroma of apples and pears. Its mild bouquet preserves the complexity of its older siblings. It can be drunk in neat, combined with dishes, or made into cocktails.
