Moutai Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner 2021


Moutai is often used as a celebratory drink for important occasions and cultural events due to its rich history and as a luxury status symbol. This year, we were honoured to sponsor the Moutai Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner with Hamburger China Gesellschaft e.V., featuring the Moutai Dinner menu which consisted of Moutai Cocktails and Moutai shots paired with amazing dishes from Ni Hao. 

 

One of the highlight of the dinner menu would be the Moutai Drunken Chicken. Drunken Chicken is a simple and traditional Chinese dish but with use of Moutai had greatly enriched the taste of the dish. The prominent Jiang fragrance of Moutai is elegant and comforting, mellow and soft, its long aftertaste perfectly blends in with the dish and further develops a deeper complexity to the taste of the herbal drunken broth.
